We decided to close the gap.

Berecons LLC was founded in Accra in 2020, not because the market needed another consulting firm, but because it needed a different kind.

We saw a persistent gap between the complexity of the challenges facing African organisations and the quality of advisory support available to them. Generic frameworks, imported methodologies, and a tendency to answer questions before understanding the context. We decided to close that gap.

Over five years, we have grown from a research and consulting practice into a fully integrated advisory firm, adding capabilities in systems thinking, digital solutions, programme management, and policy advisory as our clients’ challenges demanded them.
