The Founder

Lorenda E. A. Parker

Team Leader | Senior Consultant, Berecons LLC

“Most consultants have a specialisation. Lorenda has a system.”

Lorenda E. A. Parker is a Systems + Design Analysis specialist, Human Security Strategist, Development Specialist, and the founder of Berecons INC. Her career has been built at a particular intersection: rigorous research, practical systems thinking, and evidence-based advisory. These three disciplines are commonly kept apart; her work connects them.

Over sixteen years, she has worked with international agencies, foreign governments, and organisations across Africa, designing research programmes, managing complex multi-stakeholder projects, shaping institutional strategy, and translating complex operating environments into decisions that hold. She is known for her ability to read context as precisely as she reads data, and to design solutions that work in the world as it is, not as frameworks assume it to be.

Berecons LLC is the expression of that practice in commercial form: a firm where every engagement is led personally, every recommendation is evidence-based, and every client receives the attention that serious challenges deserve.

What Clients Should Know

In an era of outsourced expertise and tiered account management, Berecons maintains a strict standard of Principal Engagement.

You will work directly with Lorenda. Not a delegated team member. Not a junior analyst handed your brief on day two. The founding principal leads every engagement from the initial conversation to the final deliverable. That is a deliberate choice. And it is a promise.
